You have put a great emphasis on gastronomy and you have become a hot spot in the area. What is new at Oltre Restaurant for this winter?
We always embody the local elements to our menus. For the new season we continue to have Mr. Konstantinos Ermidis for our chef and the winter menu will be presented in mid-October.
Any new signature cocktails for the winter?
We are adding brand new cocktails to our winter menu. I am seriously anticipating winter time and sipping on warm cocktails while gazing at Trikala Town and its bright lights from the distance!
What is your favorite dish from the local cuisine?
I love the local pumpkin pie named ‘batzina’! It is delicious!
Which is your favorite place in the region?
They are simply countless… I would say the area of "Three Rivers" in Aspropotamos.
Name your 3 top experiences one should engage to while visiting the region
Canyoning in Mouzaki village, a hiking tour to Meteora, off-road and trekking in the green meadows of Pertouli village and adding a fourth one…. A bicycle ride around the town of Trikala.
