This weekend we fetch our surfboards and head to Crete!
We get our surfboards ready and head to Billabong’s unique event to be hosted at the most famous and cosmopolitan beach of the county of Chania. The “Girls Surf Weekend” will be held from August 31st to September 1st at Beach Bar Ammos & Ιlios (Sand & Sun) at the beach of Aghia Marina. Billabong organises this event for the second year and invites girls only that are also sea lovers. Beginners and girls who might have not even tried surfing before but certainly want to try out this type of water-sport activity, are welcome.

The “Girls Surf Weekend” will not only consist of surf lessons but will include other activities in parallel, always by the shore's wave and under the hot sun! More specifically, the festival involves Surf and Sup courses, Pilates, Yoga, Massage and Lifeguarding workshops. Whichever activity may seem more appealing to you, you will be joined by the best instructors who will happily convey their knowledge and precious tricks of the trade to you! On Sunday evening everyone is welcome at the huge beach party. Participation to the festival is free of charge and an exclusively female affair!
