Voidomatis river gets its name from the combination of two words of Slavic origin. The word ‘Voda’ which means water and the word ‘Mata’ which means mother.

This amazing river has crystal clear waters at a stable temperature of 4 ° C all year round. Its freezing state will not stop you from wanting to experience a swim in its beautiful blue-green waters though.
