The four neighborhoods of the village, each with a central square and a church from which they borrow their names, could be 4 different villages. The older neighborhood is the one of Agii Taxiarches. Also, admire the exquisite building of Nanopoulios School, which is a representative sample of the neoclassical architecture of Pelion and in 1985 UNESCO characterized it as a work of art. Now it houses the primary school of the village.
