The known and award-winning chef Christoforos Peskias presents us with a whole new menu which is based on the use of local ingredients and is absolutely worthy to savor! Just to give you a taste…Try the salad with quinoa, peas, cucumber, avocado and marinated anchovies, the cheese pies with ‘graviera’ local cheese, the veil meat with spicy tomato sauce, the dumplings with shrimps, the bisque with beetroot puree, the ‘fava’ split beans flavored with truffle oil, the octopus and caper chutney and a whole lot more. As for the sweetest finish, do try the meringues with strawberries and fennel cream the cinnamon flavoured ice cream, the chocolate mousse with marinated seasonal fruit and the coconut ice cream topped with pineapple jam!

Chef Christoforos Peskias was born and raised in Cyprus. He studied Business Administration at the University of Boston and it was thereafter that he discovered his passion for the culinary arts. When he returned to Greece, he worked as a chef at Dash restaurant  in the area of Kifissia for 3 consecutive years. In 1992 he returns to the USA in order to acquire further training and knowledge at the side of the two known chefs Charlie Trotter and Jackie Pluton. In 2003 he takes over the kitchen at restaurant ‘’48’’ where he remained until 2008, managing to elevate its fame within the list of the 100 top restaurants of the world in ‘’Restaurant Magazine’’. In February 2010 he opens the first Πbox restaurant in Kifissia while he also collaborates with Gastronomos magazine of daily newspaper ''Kathimerini'' ever since.
