- Tagliatelle with sautéed chicken, julienne vegetables, chili, soy, honey, sesame oil.
- Spaghetti with minced veal and mushrooms, gruyere cheese from Crete, white truffle oil.
- “Petoura” traditional pasta with veal ragout, grated hard cheese, flavored butter.
- Frumenty with yellow pumpkin, meat cubes, cream cheese, chives.
- Risotto with fried shrimps, green pepper, ouzo, onion, feta cheese, parsley.
