Savor the tantalizing tastes of the revamped winter menu at Oltre Bar Restaurant

Oltre Bar – Restaurant is the absolute gastronomic hot spot of the area around Trikala of Thessaly attracting both repeating customers and passing-by guests at all seasons. Flaunting a plethora of delectable Mediterranean specialties and an elaborate and updated wine list, lovers of good food are promised a voyage to flavors. Chef Konstantinos Ermidis presents us with tantalizing tastes as part of his revamped winter menu:

 

  • Chicken soup with vegetables

  • Sandwich with grilled yellow cheese in multigrain bread, orange marmalade, fresh pepper and crispy lettuce leaves. 
  • Pizza with minced meat, cheese, mozzarella, smoked paprika. 

  • Salmon souvlaki with pita bread, crispy corn flakes and black currant glaze.
  • Egg with potatoes, bacon, toasted bread and goat cheese.
  • Mushroom tart with leek, bacon, parmesan
  • Salad with lettuce, wild rocket, grilled halloumi cheese, dill, onion, croutons, black sesame, olive dressing.

 

  • Oven roasted beetroots with yellow cheese, nuts, crispy salad leaves, hazelnut sauce.
  • Seasonal salad with local yellow cheese, cashews, dates, orange dressing with ginger.
  • Broccoli and cauliflower with quinoa, green onions, spices, lemon, capers dressing.
  • Green salad with mixed vegetables, paprika cheese, parsley crostini, grated peanut, plum dressing.
  • Tagliatelle with sautéed chicken, julienne vegetables, chili, soy, honey, sesame oil.

 

  • Spaghetti with minced veal and mushrooms, gruyere cheese from Crete, white truffle oil.
  • “Petoura” traditional pasta with veal ragout, grated hard cheese, flavored butter.
  • Frumenty with yellow pumpkin, meat cubes, cream cheese, chives.
  • Risotto with fried shrimps, green pepper, ouzo, onion, feta cheese, parsley.
  • Spinach risotto

 

  • Lamb with fresh vegetables and rosemary.
  • Meat balls with celery, green apple marmalade and cumin flavored yogurt mousse.

  • Beef fillet or steak with mashed potatoes in saffron, grilled onions, mushroom sauce and smoked salt. 
  • Steak with cauliflower, red cabbage, orange, honey, pink pepper.
  • Half pullet, baked potato, jasmine rice with mustard sauce.
  • Bream fillet, black giant beans, boiled greens.

 

  • Chocolate brownies with raspberry sauce, raisins and walnuts. 

  • Tiramisu with cream cheese, biscuit, espresso and grated chocolate.
  • Orange crème brulee with caramel marmalade.
