Two Trésor hotels serve awarded Greek cuisine
The restaurants of two precious hotel-members of Trésor Hotels & Resorts were awarded with the Greek Cuisine Award 2018, an institution organized by athinorama and Alpha Guide, with the aim to promote our national cuisine in all of its forms.
In particular, the restaurant of the historic Kyrimai Hotel in Gerolimenas Mani with chef Stavriani Zervakakou and the On the Verandah Restaurant, which serves the creations of the chef Stamatis Marmarinos on the legendary terrace of the Poseidonion Grand Hotel in Spetses, won a place among the best Greek restaurants for 2018.
A taste experience full of the aromas of Spetses and Greece by chef Stamatis Marmarinos, awaits to be discovered at the award-winning On the Verandah restaurant. Here visitors have the opportunity to introduce themselves to proposals of Greek creative cuisine, which harmoniously incorporate the gastronomic traditions of the island and the local materials.
Kyrimai Hotel, also awarded with the Historic Hotel Gourmet Award 2018, combines familiar, traditional tastes with a sense of innovation, with the aim to please the modern visitor, but also give him or her an authentic experience of Mani’s joys and culture.
The Greek Cuisine Awards is a culinary institution organized by athinorama that honors the best Greek cuisine restaurants all over Greece. The award ceremony took place at the Hyatt Regency's Grand Ballroom in Thessaloniki on an evening where Greek gastronomic creations were celebrated.
