The most beautiful beaches on Sifnos island!

Sifnos is certainly a very popular destination for the summer and combines a romantic atmosphere with ample cosmopolitanism. The first beach you will come across is Kamares next to the island’s port which holds a Blue Flag award and cherishes a sandy shore, numerous restaurants and cafes and a tranquil setting. There is also a part with beach bars for a summer groove.
Platis Gialos is one of the busiest beaches emitting ounces of cosmopolitanism with plenty of hotels, restaurants and beach bars. Crystal waters, golden sand and water sports in abundance. Also ideal for surfing.

Vathi beach is a sandy stretch of 1.5 km boasting shallow waters. The homonymous village is popular for its tavernas serving fresh fish. Equally popular is the rocky beach of Chrisopigi where you will find an impressive church at the top edge of the cape.  Discover the natural plateaus which are ideal for sunbathing and diving!

At the northern side of the island you will discover the beach of Cheronissos and that of Poulati heading east passing through village Artemonas.

To reach the gorgeous beach of Fikiada you will need to cross a path of rare beauty that leads to a sandy shore and clear blue waters. Bring water and food supplies with you and stay all day long for the perfect summer day! Apokofto sandy beach boasts trees that reach down to the sea and offer their valuable shade. Also worthy to visit is the beach of Fasolou near Faros village. Ideal for families is the small and very picturesque sandy beach of Glifo.
