Apple's latest iPhone ad takes us to the Greek village of Gerolimenas in Mani (VIDEO)

A picturesque seaside village in Greece was chosen by Apple as the ideal scenery for its new advertising campaign for the promotion of iPhone 7 Plus. More specifically, Gerolimenas of Mani, in Peloponnese, seems to be the perfect backdrop for Apple’s campaign. The Greek-speaking advertisement combines traditional and modern in the best possible way, presenting the beauties of Gerolimenas and Greece.

The story unfolds as follows: A young girl visits Gerolimenas to see her grandmother and photographs her with her iPhone. The grandmother is thrilled with the excellent quality of the picture, prompting the other inhabitants of the village, from the priest and the fisherman to the baker and the shepherd, to be photographed during their daily activities in the village.
